Salah is always a bit fraudulent in fifa, for some reason i was lucky to get his red inform last year, and just recently packed his TOTS aswell this year. This also happens to be my only two good pulls both years. I recommend you try an architect on him, he will become stupidly strong and doesn't really need the boost anywhere else imo. But yes he is a bit of a fraud, he doesn't feel like 99 pace but on the other hand his 3 star weakfoot feels like a 4 star weakfoot, and he also has the outside the foot shot trait which helps this alot.
