FC 25 95 TOTS Honourable Mentions Doue Player Review - Cop or Flop

Team of the Season is FINALLY here. Yes, we may have gotten a little sneak preview yesterday with some of the Seasonal items, but the TOTS squads are now officially in packs, and this is where the real fun begins. Ligue 1, Eredivisie, and Arkema PL TOTS are here with some insane players and, of course, 4 Playstyle Plus Players. 

The SBC has started with a bang with an absolute wonderkid in TOTS Moments Doue. This kid has been popping off for PSG, bagging himself three inform items and most recently a POTM item. So he is more than deserving of a Team of the Season item. The question is, is he worth it?

Sadly, he does not come with 4 PS+, but he does still have the three and some cracking ones at that in Finesse, Rapid & First Touch, plus. Overall, he’s had a +5 boost from his POTM item with some nice boosts across the board. I think so long as this one isn’t wildly expensive and he performs how his stats suggest, this could be a high-demand SBC.

For Chemstyle, I have opted for the Finisher to round up his shooting and Dribbling; however, the Deadeye might also be a great shout for this card if you wanted to focus more on the Shooting and Passing.

10 segments in total for this SBC with a price tag of just slightly over a million coins to complete. Honestly, I don’t think this is poor value. This card looks like an elite item and if it was on the market, I wouldn’t be surprised if it was worth around this price tag.

How did he perform in-game?

+ He was incredibly rapid on the ball, which comes as no surprise with him having 97 pace and the Rapid Playstyle+

+ His dribbling felt incredibly slick and agile. He controls the ball well and easily outmaneuvers the opposition. Combining players that have Incisive or Pinged pass work great with this item, as his first touch is well-controlled.

+ Positionally, he’s solid. Always making great runs, ready to support the attack.

+ Shooting was great too, but this comes at no surprise from a card with Finesse+. But overall, his finishing was on point, and he provided many goals.

+ Passing also impressed, especially when making those long passes/ through balls to the striker. Crossing didn’t feel amazing, but he certainly never let me down

Doue - Cop or Flop?

This certainly isn’t a cheap item by any means but we are at a stage where over 50 different items are now available in packs, with so many opportunities to gain fodder in your club that I think the price is almost at a point of being irrelevant for the right card. 

He performed well in-game, and I certainly would not be surprised to see this guy in a lot of squads. Usually, I don’t advocate for SBCs at the early doors of a promo, but this is a top-tier card that will do wonders for your team. Certainly don’t rush to complete as there is plenty of time but do not miss out on this item.
