What the Role Involves
Be Present: Check in during active hours, review reported items, and keep threads moving in the right direction.
Be Fair: Apply rules consistently, no favourites, no witch-hunts, no bias. Club allegiance stays at the door.
Be Supportive: Encourage humour, rivalry and sharp football chat. Step in when it tips into abuse, harassment or hate.
Be Responsible: You represent FUTBIN: witty, smart, inclusive, confident, never toxic, crude, or defamatory.
What You’ll Get
Badges & Progression: Junior Moderator → Moderator → Senior Moderator.

Active FUTBIN users who understand our community and football culture.
Calm decision-makers who can separate banter from abuse.
Clear communicators who act fast, explain briefly, and don’t get drawn into arguments.
People who can stay neutral on club/player rivalries and apply rules consistently.
Time commitment is flexible, regular presence during your preferred hours is what counts..
