Interview with Mexico Player, Joksan

We got the chance to sit down and interview Joksan Redona, simply known as ‘Joksan’. The Mexican international esports player is representing his country at the FIFAe Nations tournament alongside teammates Heber Cárdenas (CRACKHEBER) and Luis Ramirez (LuisRayado98) where they will compete in a 2v2 competitive format with a substitute. Joksan has had previous success at the FIFAe Nations 2021 where Mexico finished in the 1st-24th category at 20th place earning $16,667.

Joksan will look to build on his previous experience at the FIFAe Nations and look to motivate his teammates to push further this year. Different to last year, Joksan has two new teammates that he is representing Mexico with.

We sat down with Joksan to discuss what it means to represent Mexico at the biggest FIFA esports stage of the season in Copenhagen and how well Joksan and his teammates morale is going into this tournament:

 

Mexico have been placed in Group D where they will be partnered against the Netherlands, Poland, Italy, Morocco and India. Joksan and his teammates will be matched up against the Netherlands in the group stage to kick start their FIFAe Nations 2022 tournament.
