FIFA 23 Team of the Season Moments Payet Player Review

It seems a lot of people are now approaching level 10 so now have a decision to make in regards to their reward, you have the option of; a 91 rated Team of the Season moments Payet or a 85+ x10 Player Pack…

Winter Wildcards Payet is one of my favourite items from this year's game, so I was always leaning towards picking him over the pack, do I have any regrets over this…? Absolutely not.

Starting XI

Yes, I know I am disgusting for using the forbidden combination of POTM Mbappe, Flashback Ramos & Jairzinho, But I always run with a fully untradable squad so it is, what it is… anyway TOTSM Payet has come into the CAM role, ironically replacing the Winter Wildcard version.

In-Game Notes

+ 5* Skills, instant positive.
+ The shooting on this item was fantastic, his outside foot shots are just incredible, and his finishing for a midfielder is high level, he delivers in front of goal on a regular basis.
+ Distribution, I think it's fair to say his passing attributes are nothing special for this stage of FUT, but in the game, they were great for me, both over long and short distances he makes accurate passes & his crossing ability is also notable.
+ He's one of them players who the ball just seems to fall to, the ball just seems to have a magnet to his feet, even when in duels he will lose the ball, and then very quickly have it back.
+ Strength was impressive for a player of his size.

Summary

It’s pretty obvious to tell I like the item, and this summary is an easy one to write… If you can fit him into your Starting 11, you pick Payet over the pack, he’s 100% worth it, If you enjoyed the Winter Wildcards version of Payet congrats you’ve finally found your upgrade. I understand why people would prefer the pack, and if that is your choice, I wish you luck.
