The final of everyone’s favourite European competition is here and just like with the Europa League final, EA Sports have released a showdown card for each team.

The players featured are no strangers to a UECL special card as both had RTTK cards back in October. We have Jonathan Ikone representing Fiorentina and Lucas Paqueta representing West Ham United.

Both cards have the potential of a +2 upgrade so we’re going to have a quick run through of each item and how we think the game will play out.

Is the Jonathan Ikone SBC Worth It?

The Ikone SBC is priced at around 110,000 coins and comes with an upgraded weak foot, from 3 star to 4 star. The community seems to like this SBC with a 63% upvote. We think it’s worth completing as he’s currently the best right winger to use in Serie A even before a potential upgrade. With Ligue 1 TOTS this week and Serie A TOTS coming tomorrow there shouldn’t be any issue fitting Ikone into your team.

Is the Lucas Paqueta SBC Worth It?

The Paqueta SBC comes in at just under double the price at around 200,000 coins and that’s reflected in the voting as he only has a 54% upvote. Despite the voting we think this is well worth completing if you can afford it. He’s a very well rounded card and with an upgrade will only have 2 base stats under 90. Aside from a minor difference in passing this card could end up being very similar to the high end Kevin De Bruyne cards.

Fiorentina vs West Ham Info and Predictions

This game kicks off on Wednesday 7th June at 20:00 UK, Fortuna Arena, Prague.

It goes without saying that neither team has won the UECL before as we’re only in its second year of existence but both have European history. Fiorentina and West Ham are both winners of the European Cup Winners Cup and will be looking to add another European trophy to their trophy cabinets in Prague.

West Ham eased to victory over two legs against AZ Alkmaar whereas Fiorentina had it a little bit tougher. They were pushed right until the end against Basel where they snuck through with a 129th minute winner. Both head into the game in similar runs of form, each winning 2 of their last 5 in the league.

It’s going to be a really tight game but we think the likes of Aguerd, Paqueta and Rice will be strong enough to get the job done for West Ham.
