First Touch

In EA Sports FC 24, there are special styles called PlayStyles that show how different players play in the game. One of these is the "First Touch". It gives players an increased first touch, being able to trap the ball with little to no error. Riyad Mahrez is a great example of this as the ball sticks to his feet from almost any pass. Has minimal error when trapping the ball and is able to transition to dribbling much faster with greater control.

What Position Is Best Suited To The First Touch PlayStyle?

Midfielders and Attackers are best suited for the First Touch PlayStyle. Fast balls that are played into these players will need to be controlled to perfection in order to advance in attack. Those with higher dribbling stats will be able to pull off the first touch with more precision.
