First of all my main language isn´t English so i apologize if it´s not the best.
I have no words for how good this card is,
I played him in the Team above as my right CM in an 41212(2) with an Hunter in 11 Division Rival games (DIv 2) 9 WL Quali games and the 20 WL even tough i surrendered 7 Games (already got the rewards i wanted) he still got 15 goals and 14 assits which is Pretty good for my playstyle.
I Tried many CMs this Year, Goretzka, Kimmich, Bruno, KDB, Kante (CDM), Llorente, Barella if, kessie and many more but i have to say he is probably the best CM (with the exception of Kante) i have played this year.
His pace was Really good but sometimes he felt a little bit sluggish (probably because i used an Hunter) maybe he should be used with an engine.
His WF* was extremly good it sometimes felt like it was an 5*wf and his shots are insane.
His Passes where excellent even with an Hunter especially since he has 4* wf (I don´t really like players with 3 or less wf).
His Dribbling probably needs some slight improvement which should be easy with the chemstyles.
And what i really liked about him where his physical presence in the midfield and how good he is on the defense the only player (non Icon) i see above him is kante in this aspect and thats insane for a card which probably settles at about 60-80k and might get an upgrade
I Hope i could help Someone decide if they should buy him
WF* feels insane
He is able to do Crazy longshots
Really good passes
On the Defense a Monster
He Feels really strong
probably only that he is slightly sluggish and his stamina might be a Problem in a few Formations especially in overtime
Really balanced CM/CDM, he is definitely a beast on defense, and a great player attacking.
I won't lie tho, the card stats seem better than he really is in-game. However, he is still a very solid player and basically intercepts everything and is everywhere on the midfield.
I think 90k is quite a high price for the card, considering he is from Serie A and doesn't have any good Chile links.
The price will probably establish at 60k, which would be a bargain.
If we get a flashback Sanchez or/and an upgrade in this card he is a no-brainer choice if you like him or uses a Serie A team. Definitely a huge upgrade from other Serie A cards like Kessie.
Try him for at least 3 or 4 games, in the first game I thought he was not worth it at all then I understood how the card was supposed to be used and he is on my team since then.
Everywhere on the midfield;
Good shooting with both legs;
Really good passing (it was a surprise for me);
A beast on defense, this guy intercepts everything and wins every physical combat with a shadow;
Although pace doesn't seem high he will probably upgrade and considering his body type and height this is not a problem at this moment in the game.
Definitely Stamina, he runs a lot on the game, and depending on the formation this is defo a problem;
Despite having good headers he is really short and rarely wins aerials;
If he doesn't get an upgrade on his pace, this will eventually be a problem with future OP cards added to the game;
Although the pace is good enough for the game atm, he feels a bit sluggish when he is carrying the ball when used as a box to box player;
I recommend using him at defensive CDM that takes the ball and passes, and will probably take like 3 or 4 attacking chances the whole game. For some players is not worth at all spending that many coins on a defensive player. I still think is worth it, considering that in this FIFA midfielders are probably the most important role due to the long shot meta you need good players defensive that can take the ball and good outside shooters, he is both.
Bought this guy for around 40k and for this price he is a beast. I tested other options like Tonali RTTK and SavicWildcard but Vidal was the best because he is good in offense and in defence at the same time. Played him as CM in 4-3-2-1 and he is beatiful. Im division 2 wich is solid and this guy is awesome. He isnt that fast but for me pace is not everyting. Great tackling and a really nice Bodytype. Somtimes he came forward to attack and made some nice goals and many assists. For 40k this man is really good.
I know in-game stats are good. First of all, that's why I bought it and included it in my staff with excitement. In this position, I tried names like Barella, Tonali, Savic before. For the sake of his old days in Barcelona, Vidal seemed like a good option. Positions such as CM, CDM or CAM are those that require high stamina and unfortunately this Vidal does not. By the end of the first half, his stamina becomes Orange. If you turn on some pressure in the game, it quickly turns red.
I think central midfielder is one of the positions where you need to spend the most money this year. They have to defend, they have to be physically fit, they have to dribble well, they have to pass the ball well, and when the chance comes, they have to shoot well. I don't think speed is that important to them. (Of course, the minimum speed is 75).
As for Vidal, he does most of them, he can't do well, but he does. But he can only do that in the first half.
