so basically is used him in a 442 at striker with a hunter next to el Shaarawy and he is cracked. I am currently in div 3 and he's bossing up the scene, he can score every type of goal, headers, volleys, pens, left foot, right foot, long shots. he bangs corners he can dribble really well for a big guy and can speed past the defence and hold defenders off with his strength. the combination of his strength dribbling and pace absolutely kills defenders. in 4 games he has scored 11 goals for me. there aren't many great striker options is serie A and is you can fit him or have an Italian league side he is a must have especially for his price, I have tried Milito and after using Arnautovic there is no looking back for me as he is miles ahead of milito
All im gojng to say is tht this player is the beast from the east i played 5 games in the wl with him he scored 7 goals and just destroyed defences he is a p a pure finisher in front of goal he does not miss from set pieces he is really good and for a 6'4" he is a really quick player he feels really good on the ball his passing is really good could even be a great CAM. Just a quality player but he is really hard to link as he plays for bologna and not a big team from the serie a but other than tht he is quality. I used him in a 442(2) formation with Dybala next to him on the left.

I am being really picky here regarding he is a 6'4" but he is just a bit clunky other than that he is perfect.
What can I say about this man. As soon as I laid eyes on him I knew I had to take him into my weekend league journey.
He is everything you need in a striker, big, fast, 4* 4*, can shoot with both feet.
Any shots inside the box this man will finish. He is always in the right position to get the job done and can hold off any opponent.
Pace 9/10 - Has more than enough pace to get away from defenders. Doesn't quite get those speed boost animations you get from the meta players but it is plenty to be effective.
Shooting 9./10 - This man will finish anything and everything in the box. Left foot, right foot, doesn't matter, he will get it done. The only thing preventing this man from a perfect 10 is that he doesn't possess the finesse shot trait, hurts him on the odd occasion.
Dribbling 9/10 - Gets that sticky, turn animations that allow for him to quickly turn in the box. Gets the ball out of his feet nicely and can hold up the ball to bring others into play. Could be a latency issue but sometimes gets the odd big touch that takes the ball away
Passing 9/10 - Possesses enough passing stats to play the short, one touch football that is so effective on this game. Through balls work nicely. Low drivens can sometimes be misplaced.
Defending N/A - Strikers don't defend
Physical 10/10 - This man will hold off anyone and everyone. Marquinhos, Varane, Kimpembe, you name it, he'll beat it.
When considering the price of this man you will not find a better striker for under 50k, even in this market. He is everything you need in a striker. Links can be a pain but 8 chem is more than enough for this man to be effective.
He's cracked. Anywhere within 25 yards of the goal just goes in. Dont even bother finessing or anything, normal shot is more than enough. Hes strong, quick, decent agility and balance for 6"4 monster.

I've used quite a few strikers in my squad, with all sorts of characteristics and ratings, but the one constant certainty is Marko. I bought him on the market for almost nothing but since then I played so many games and scored so many goals with him (and still do) that I just wouldn't bench him even for several strikers with better stats. This guy can do it all:
his pace is more than enough to get past defenders, especially with the hunter chem style. Great with through balls
his shooting is amazing, you can easily bag tons of power shots from different angles with both feet
dribbling-wise he's not Ronaldinho, but he's agile and usually keeps the ball close. Defo not clunky, he's in control also when he's sprinting
physically dominant, he scores lots of headers and opponents bounce off his shoulders on ground duels. Coupled with his dribbling, this also allows him to receive the ball facing away from the goal, protect it and turn to shoot
Bonus: ACROBATIC GOALS. Loads of them. Bicycle kicks directly from corners, scorpion kicks, volleys, backheels, I don't know why but he triggers those animations a lot more often than others. And you'll just love that.
Great as a lone striker or paired with a dribbler.
Emotional attachment: it's impossible not to love him, he'll become a legend of your club and you'll trust him enough to give him the keys to your house
Pace-shooting-dribbling-physical: see above
Incredibly cheap: the price to pay for his performances is just too good to pass up
SBC fodder: if by any chance you really don't like him you can throw him in an SBC, he's got a good OVR and links with Serie A and a few Bundesliga players
You'll sometimes be haunted by doubt when you decide to bench your shiny 99 OVR striker for this beast
Since I trade quite decently, I have been able to try different players so far, e.g. CR7 otw, Stoichkov mid, Son / Sane RTTK.
Arnautovic stands out. He's freezing in front of the goal and if he can't dribble out the DEF, he knocks them out with 87 PHY. So I actually find him about as strong as CR7. I can recommend Arnautovic to be one of two central strikers.
I play in League 2 on a winning streak, expecting to reach 1 in a few games. Some games were played in champions-qualifikation.
