A lot of hate towards TAA due to his other 2 89 rated cards, especially as his TOTGS is exactly the same as his POTM (except for 2 stats).
RULEBREAKERS TAA IS BETTER THAN HIS POTM & TOTGS but there is a significant price difference.
Non-meta but fun to use, this card has all elements of a solid full back but is just missing higher agility to compete with the best.
Overall, i would say Cancelo is more 'meta' and if you can afford RB TAA, do it, but, not taking the game too seriously is what makes it fun and i'd highly recommend TAA POTM to anyone.
- Pace - hardly noticeable with a shadow
- Tackling - standing and sliding are solid for a full back and can win the ball high up for the pitch during team press.
- Positioning - with AI defending he will 9 times out of 10 be in the correct position to intercept or break up play, however, this is also affected by the user.
- Passing - just like real life, the kid can pass. Crosses are one of the best i've seen in the game from a full back and short-long range passing is excellent, especially when playing out of a press.
- Agility - struggles to contain your elite wingers with high agility (Vini, Insigne, Foden).
- Workrates - only if you're super defensive, he does occasionally stroll forward if it's an end-end game.
- The fact this card is no different to his TOTGS.
This Trent card is so good. He's so versatile in game, you could play him cm ,cdm, rm or rb. I've tried him in each position that i listed. His best psition is RB in my opinion.
Trent is surprisingly fast although he only has 83 pace. He can catch up to most players in this game regardless of where he is on the pitch(whiich i definitely wasn't expecting).
His defending is very good, courtesy of his lankyish body type, he can reach around players and win the ball back easily. He's pretty good in the air as well and back post crosses aren't a problem anymore. In addition to this, he can body most wingers in this game, but don't expect him to push players like Lukaku and Haaland.
The shooting on this card is also pretty decent, if you find yourself around the box, why not try a shot ? you might end up surprised. In the box he scores most of the time too.
Dribbling isn't too bad but dont try any ANKARA MESSI type runs, you will be dissapointed.
The main point of this card is the passing. The passing on this card is absolutely insane, better than de bruyne's passing in game (i dare say). His long passes are ridiculous, it's exactly like he's hitting every pass across the whole field to Robertson in real life. The crossing on this card is also cracked, just cross and pray your attacker has good heading, because trent is finds them like a needle in a haystack.
I would recommend this card, many of you would do it purely because you support liverpool, which was originally my reason too. But i found that he's actually pretty good.
I've used the rulebreakers trent and this one isn't too far off in terms of pace, however every other aspe t of this card is better. So going off that, i would say he's completely worth the price.
If you're playing him RB , I recommend a shadow chem style. At cm,rm or cdm , i recommend a hunter.

On balanced, he goes foward a lot and leaves space in behind, but if you set him to stay back while attacking its not a problem at all.
Might struggle to catch the 99 pace players in this game like Mbappe and Vinicius, other than that, its Decent
At first when I saw this card I saw the price and was very impressed but my team was la liga and he wouldn't fit in but the second I got the chance I got him and put him in my squad. He was so versatile and it was crazy good. His passing was great. He pinged my other fullback and the left wing with ease. The crosses were spot on and it felt like he never missed a pass. At some points he felt very weak for a RB though but it wasn't a problem when in a 4 back and he would work in a 5 back but don't bother trying a 3 back. He was definitely worth 50k-70k but if he is more than 100k i wouldn't do it as easy. P.S… use a gladiator chem style for his PHY.
