I've played about 800 games with his Record Breaker before switching him for Gouiri for links (see my squad on the link). The 84 card gave me above 1 G/A (around 650G+200A), and for me, that card is the all-time favorite of the game. Then this beaut rose from the shadows and I just needed to get him. I' ve had the links ready unintentionally and popped him in. Well, he is a beast. His jumping, shooting, heading and strength is top tier, his dribbling is smooth and usable - altho obviously not on a Prime Puskás level, but no one said it is. The 3 star WF is nice, can score with his left foot, but passing wise that's not really a viable option - but it does not matter. He can shield the ball perfectly, lay down those last passes without missing a beat, wins every header - he has the Cristiano-like leaping animation, not the jumping one, so basically if he goes for a ball, he gets it. As a bonus, this card will get all the 3 upgrades for sure - great for investing also. This card gave me 4 goals and 2 assists in 3 games in Div 1 with a Marksman chem. I'm in love with it and he will stay in the squad till endgame.
- pace - unbeatable
- strength - perfect shielding, pushes defenders away witht that 'not a foul but it should be' animation
- shooting - great traits, almost 99 stats all around, scored basically from anywhere
- heading - perfect, wins every header with his Cristiano-leaping animation
- short passing - it is fine for a ST
- positioning - makes the perfect runs basically all the time, moving the defenders out of position, creating chances
- long passing - not really an option with him, but who cares, he is a target man
- dribbling - sometimes can feel a bit clunky
I bought Inaki a while ago when with his base card stats without any upgrades as he seemed to me as a great supersub for FB Griezmann, I got him for 36k coins which seemed like a great deal as he was basically fodder price and he performed pretty good of the bench. But after a while I saw an opportunity to get Inaki in the first 11 with Joaquin SBC and let me tell u was that a good decision. They fit perfectly together, Joaquin with great passing/crossing and Inaki in attack partnered up with POTM Mbappe.
With his latest upgrade he gained great shooting stats and phy, he's a real aerial threat which combined with Joaquin crosses really is a deadly partnership. He's a real fox in the box, with deadly right foot, he's maybe not the most agile player because of his bodytype and also probably doesn't feel like 99 pace IG but his strength and phy abilites make up for it.
Obviously POTM Mbappe is IMO still a better overall player than him but they complement each other beatifuly with Mbappe more of a creative striker, who can dribble and create chances for himself and with Inaki as more of a traditional old school fox in the box :) Also you expect Mbappe to be a good with his hefty price tag but you Inaki really surprised me as I only bought him as a temporary solution in an unstable pre-TOTS market.
PS: All games played in div 1 / elite div and WL (my latest finish was rank IV - 14 wins)
- Great heading and phy (strength in particular)
- Very reliable finishing on his right foot
- Pretty fast even though he doesn't feel like 99 pace
- GREAT PRICE
- He feels clunky at times
- 3* WF
- Maybe not the best links? But that's also a pro at the same time because it makes his price as low as it is :)
- He usually gets tired a bit faster than POTM Mbappe for example but it's not a huge problem
Throughout the course of FIFA 22, my team has changed practically every other week, with new players in old players being sent back to the club. But, one player that has always and will always stay in my team is this card right here FUT Fantasy Inaki Williams. On the day of the promo, I opened a random Rare Players Pack not expecting much at all. However, at the time to my small pleasure, I had packed a solid 87-rated piece of fodder as obviously this card would be terrible and unusable due to his 70 balance. But, nonetheless, he fitted my team back then, and well the 98 pace interested me, so I gave him a try. This without a shadow of a doubt was the best decision I have made throughout the course of FIFA 22 as I instantly fell in love. Now fast-forward many months and he's still here. No longer having the luxury of being in the starting lineup, he sits on my bench waiting, always ready for his chance, then when he does come on he always delivers. Players like Inaki I have to appreciate as I would say I'm a semi-casual FIFA player considering in total I've played maybe slightly less than 300 games and this card has played in 132 of them. The second most for a player in my team behind FUT Birthday Timber's 150 games. So, as you can probably presume he's a bit of a club legend. Now, after that mini intro onto the main part THE REVIEW !!!
His stats at face value look well extremely tempting. But, most make the severe mistake and pass up this card when they notice he has very low balance (78) with a finisher which is the chem style I used on him, especially for this stage of the game as it is June which for most is very off-putting. And well there isn't any point denying it he obviously doesn't move as well as my Insigne but he has an odd trait that I like to call ... UNSTOPPABLE ! It's outrageous, his Pace (99) means he basically flies at players, and even if you're running right at a defender his immense strength (91) and physical stats in general means the ball just comes straight back to him when the defender attempts to tackle him you simply can't. Now don't get me wrong his dribbling isn't bad, I do find he is actually quite solid on the ball when drifting past defenders, but he does feel a bit lopsided, like his legs get a bit tied up and he ends up losing control, I can imagine that this is his balance. But, don't let this put you off at all it really isn't that bad. Now, as it's June and every card is 5* 5* and has 99 agility and balance as well as 99 pace this card may seem quite well, terrible, considering the date and the meta of the game. But, if you're willing to adapt to this card, learn its strengths and weaknesses and use it right he is outstanding, simply perfect. Now, of course, his 3* weak foot is a drawback, and trust me I more than others may agree as I really don't use skill moves that much and I love players who have 5* weak foot as it adds to their unpredictability. But, to be fair I don't really notice it much I don't know if that's just me using him correctly or if he really does have a fake weak foot and it's a lot better than it seems. His 4* skills it's eh alright as I said I don't usually use skills, but when I have with him they've been good enough. Though I might add stuff like elasteco's with him feels honestly great he does them so quickly and smoothly, so, yeah I don't know if you're a 5* skill merchant then you obviously won't love him but if not trust me he'll be good enough for your simple tricks and flicks. His passing is good I mean he plays striker so you don't really need him to be a great passer and his short passing (86) is good enough to suffice. I very rarely see him or notice that he misplaces passes. I might add that his versatility is quite poor I would say you can only really use him as a striker I tried him out at left-wing and didn't love it as he wasn't involved enough, I also tried him at CAM and this was when his odd dribbling was noticeable. But, as a striker, he is truly fantastic. I don't really need to talk much about his pace (99) and I think it is a true 99 he does genuinely feel that fast. Now, penultimately his height of 6'1 is nice and alongside his near-perfect jumping (98) and his solid heading accuracy (89) is really good. As off lofted passes, he is virtually unstoppable in the air. Now lastly probably the most important stats considering his position in his shooting. I cannot express just how good it is but in a really odd way. As you can see from his Goal to Game ratio I've managed to score 218 goals with him in 132 games and over half of those are off of the bench. And I would really like to emphasize the point I made earlier of his 'odd' shooting maybe a bit different as it would seem terrible. This is because despite his good-looking long shots (89) I still cannot remember ever scoring a goal with him from outside the box with him. Furthermore, he can't really score finesse shots I really can't tell you why he just can't it always gets saved. You will just have to do with his chips and normal shots. And this is something that you really shouldn't be upset about because inside that 18-yard box he is automatic. If you get a split-second sight on goal with him, with a finisher his perfect finishing (99) and shot power (99) means well wow you're now one goal up :) Really just take my word for it please this card is amazing. The perfect striker.
Right, as I have mentioned before it is June. So, of course, there are loads of really good cards on this game right now. I'm gonna take a look at his stats compared to other LaLiga ST/CF and his price in comparison to them. Of all his Pace (99) is obviously best in that league as well as 3 other cards who also have the same pace stats. Now his Shooting (90) does land him 18th in the league of all Strikers, which may not seem that good but his actual shooting honestly is the best I've used this FIFA. I don't really think you would care that much about passing so onto Dribbling (92) he is ranked 10th within the position of the league so that is still really good considering his low balance does bring it down slightly. The last important stat for a Striker is his Physicality (90) which ranks him a solid 4th in the league. His base stats show him to be the 8th best in the league off face value so obviously, after all this, I wonder. How is a striker that is clearly so good even against amazing competition the 27th cheapest ST/CF within his league at 55k? Of players I used who I think are similar to him are the cheap option in TOTS De Tomas at around 39k. I really liked him having actually used him for quite a few rival's games and scored 16 goals in 18 games. But, he didn't have the same magic that Inaki has. The more expensive option in what I have used within his league is actually FUT Fantasy Anthony Martial set at 347k. I can honestly say that they are similar but I did think that Inaki was and is slightly better. Martial scored 14 Goals in 17 Games and truthfully I didn't really like him much.
So, to conclude, throughout the course of FIFA 22 I have used lots of different strikers and I really don't think that anyone compares to this card right here. He is really really good there is no denying it. I can see him being in my team all the way up until the end of the game he is really that good. Now I really really hope that you take a chance on this card and if you don't like him then I'm sorry but just give him a go, give it time and I am convinced you will love him.
Thank you so much for reading :)
Shot Power (99)
Heading Accuracy (89)
3* Weak Foot
I grew him in a simple pack.
Also, I decided to give it a try.
First I had him on the bench and was pleasantly surprised.
So I had built him into the team and tried him out with full chemistry.
And to be honest, that's where it ends.
He feels very agile for his body type and size and has an amazing response time to commands.
But nevertheless he is a substitute player for me. And surprisingly good
- Speed and size
- Amazing reaction
- Good finishing
- It feels like he always want the ball
- 3* WF
- A bit agility, don't try dribbling to much
- Passing (if you go from the bench without full chemistry)
