Got this card after completing the Mid/Prime Icon SBC, using most of my fodders and spending just around 100k coins. Now his market price is around 650-700k so that's to some extent a steal. BUT I would never buy an LB for that price, since I don't have high budget and there are pretty much enough solid fullbacks for a lot cheaper price.
I used Carlos for about two weeks so far, and he's gonna be my starting LB probably until the end of this year. I'm satisfied with him, he's not the best out there but will never let you down. Defensively he is perfect, good physicality, great tackling and nice defensive awareness. With his 99 pace (with chem.) he won't lose sprints to the opponent. Fullbacks play an important role in my attacking tactics, and Carlos is good enough there. He can shoot (90 long shots), he can cross the ball nicely, his passing overall is solid. but the most exciting part about this guy is his free kicks! We all know he's one of the best free kick takers in history of football, and you can really feel that in game. I've scored about 4 free kicks with him out of around 10 tries, couple of them are straight bangers with his outside left foot from 30m. Basically a threat in every free kick you have, obviously if you know how to shoot them.
Talking about his weaknesses, he doesn't really have many. I would mention his agility, which is often poor, so you won't run in circles after Best or Messi with him. Also he is not the guy you could dribble with past your opponent, he will usually lose the ball and create a dangerous situation on your own half. However, if you use him the right way he's that player you won't need to replace in few months.
To summarize, I'm satisfied with him especially for the price I've got him for. Wouldn't get him from the market unless you have high budget or a big fan of this guy and want to replicate his iconic free kicks.

Roberto Carlos honestly deserves my first ever review. Although too late to have stopped people doing his SBC, this year he is a massive fraud.
He's played 440 games for me now and 400 of those have been woeful
I did his baby sbc a couple of years ago and absolutely loved him so the moment I saw the mid sbc I had to do it and have regretted it ever since
The guy's so small and weak, he loses every battle whether that be in the air or in a foot race. His passing, you might aswell just not bother pressing pass and let them tackle you. He cant do the simplest things
On the counter, there is games where he's the best defender i've ever used. Mainly in friendlies but putting in performances like that once every 50 games just isnt good enough for the price he is.
His long shots and free kicks are perfect. Especially for a left back but we've all seen the way he can hit a ball
