I was lucky enough to pack Yaya Toure in my world cup hero pack and I can say without any doubt in my mind that he is the best CM in fifa 23. I've also packed Gullit but he is not close to the level of Yaya. Except for those two players my team is terrible but I've yet managed to get good finishes in WL. mainly due to the amazing box to box abilities of Yaya. He can score from basically anywhere due to both his amazing power shots and travelas. He can also intercept anything, Mbappe is no problem as long as you're decent at defending, he can basically autodefend so you can just follow him and you'll win the ball. He can also make perfect passes across he entire pitch consistently.
Outside foot shot trait
Solid pace, only gets outpaced by the fastest of them all
Super strong, if you get the tackle your opponent isn't getting the ball back
