the shining star Futre

ill be honest, this is a card I have wanted for a while, so I guess you can imagine my reaction when i pulled him from a 84+x5, shock and disbelief don't even describe it. I immediately put him in my team and jumped into a Fut Champs qualifiers game. I played all 10 games and didn't lose a single one with him in my squad, so here is what i have to say about his performance. if any of you play this game somewhat regularly,(or watch inception fc) you will know about how inconsistent the gameplay can be. in the game there are some cards that inception calls gameplay compensators, which refers to cards that perform consistently well despite the gameplay being bad, and Paulo Futre is ABSOLUTELY one of those cards.

I personally preferred to play him striker and his pace in that position was excellent and was able to breeze past the likes of gold vvd who we all STRUGGLE against. his dribbling is about as good as it gets, the fact that he also has technical plus make him damn near impossible to stop once he gets the ball and the fact that his skills come off perfectly every time only adds to that. If i had to compare the way he does skills to anyone it would be a mix between saint-max and Neymar. his passing was great and i found him playing some perfect throughballs to mbappe passing in this game is already terrible so the fact that he could do that well is always nice. his finishing is WAY better that what it says on the card and he scores from angles he shouldn't be able to with 83 finishing (keep in mind that i was using a hawk on him so the finishing was boosted, but still...) his physicality was the only thing that left me wanting more but even that doesn't matter because his silky dribbling combined with his insane speed made him a problem for any defence he went up against. he is kinda expensive, but he is worth every penny

I couldn't have asked to pack a better card.

I recently got Futre out of the hero pack. and he has been really good pace & dribbling wise, and surprisingly good physical wise. coming in at high price point of 400k+ but I couldn't be more pleased with the results
