I know this doesn't come into defence, but honestly trigger him forward sometimes, but not too far. Play a few passing moves and just power shot. 99 long shots, 99 shot power and power shot PS and who the hell is gonna close down a centre half from 40 yards out? I've scored 3 of them in elite rivals with him. On top of that he's a nuts defender.

Commented the same thing a couple weeks back, no matter who is released in tots, only VVD is better than him. The guy is just him in this game, every single year. Weirdly, the only CB who feels remotely close is schlotterbeck tots, perhaps cus of the good acceleration, Ramos probably just behind schlotterbeck because of Ramos's height. Either way, if you're debating whether to do him, even at this stage, just do it.
