I've got both untradeable and i've done Park. It depends cos Capdevila is really good but depends if your midfield is already something you perceive as being very strong
I know but it's a +1 on his base card. That's the only reason i'd recommend Park and he's better chemistry wise
I'd say Park. Only because for FDJ you're paying 300k+ for only guaranteed a +1 which likely now only becomes a 90/+2. Park too gets the links which is helpful. Up to you tho pal but i'd go park

Really really nice card. Runs like a tank (I play her at CDM next to TB Rice in 4231). Only downside is the 74 dribbling which i'd recommend to get a chem style on. Definitely a purchase if you want a high level cdm at a very reasonably price.
