it isn't odd because it's probably the best if you focus on his stats, playstyles and roles (for his specific role, so LB). Forlan and Cole either don't have enough good playstyles or meta roles++

he's definitely really good and probably one of the best LB itg as of today, but the fact that you need to spend almost 200k of fodder to have him seems unreasonable to me. I'd say skip if you need to spend coins on him

that's what I've been saying, kane is basically the only player who scores/assists in my team. in just 35 games I've managed to get 82 goals and 34 assists with him, and all of those came from champs and live events. he's crazy underrated and so so good if you learn how to make him work

he doesn't fit everybody's playstyle so it's understandable that you don't like him. for anybody else who likes to use their striker as a way of building up the play AND has enough fodder and coins to complete him, I say do it, you won't regret it.

I've used him in a 4231(2) (as a solo striker) and in a 41212(2) (with him on the left, pina on the right) and he's been wonderful in both formations. his shooting completely justifies his lack of pace. he's always in the right sport at the right time. that low driven shot+ wins you the games alone. put an engine on him if you decide to complete him

I decided to complete him instead of guler since I needed a ST more than I needed a CAM and I don't regret it even one bit. His shots are like bullets, they're so powerful that my opponents' GKs straight up refuse to try and save them. The only thing stopping him from being the best card ITG is his pace (NOT his dribbling, with engine he actually turns nicely with the ball), if your opponent has an 80+ pace CB or CDM/CM, he will catch him on a short run, but if you start his run manually before your opponent selects his defender to chase him, then it's a goal. 10/10, so fun and so good.

he's really good as a CDM because of that tiki taka+, I'd suggest you use him if you can

he can play in any position you want him to play. I've played him LM and he's been fantastic there, I've played him ST and he's scored loads of goals, I've played him CAM and his dribbling made me cry of joy. I'm currently using him literally as a CM with box to box in the 41212 narrow and he's still fantastic because of that Tech+. If you have him untradeable and putting him there could help you make the team chem rise, then DO IT!

I've tried both his TOTW version and the POTM version: I've enjoyed the POTM one better because of that low driven+. IMO the TOTW's finesse shots weren't as deadly as the POTM's low driven shots. In both cases, it's a player you need to adjust your playstyle to if you want to correctly use him. Overall they're both good cards, if you have the possibility to complete the POTM I'd reccomend that one.

I reckon the best chem for him is engine, but if you want him to have more pace then go with hunter, if you prefer him to have more passing to use that base long ball playstyle then catalyst

you need to try both to really understand which one's better for him. if you really want to turn faster with him then go with engine, if you'd rather sacrifice a bit of dribbling to get just a bit faster than go with hunter

I'm using him, goretzka, musiala and stiller so they're all on 3 chem without a bundesliga coach

he's really good but you need time to adapt to his playing style. if you complete him give it some time before judging him

I've always had more than enough TOTW cards, so I've never done those TOTW pack SBCs, and I know how to get the cheapest solutions to solve the SBCs, the real problem with my club is coins and fodder. I'm a f2p player, if I complete an SBC then it would take ages to get the cards that I've used on the SBC back. Right now he'd sneak in perfectly in my team so I could complete him if I see enough good reviews about him

I know he seems good value for the kind of card he has, but it seems like I cannot find any high rated fodder / high cost tradeable card in this game. In this kind of situation I'm conflicted whether it would be better to just not complete him (I'd use him RM) and keep on playing with my 2 chem pépé. If another great-value SBC comes out, I probably won't be able to complete it if I use all fodder on Guler.

I believe it would be better to just wait for other SBCs and hold the fodder. 70k worth of coins in this game is a lot and since he doesn't have any PS+ I'm afraid he won't last long

when people are going to realize he's better than any other CAM under 300k he'll rise again, absolute unit, with catalyst he can play wherever you want

got scott in the first one and this guy here in today's sbc EA wanted me to complete that heroes pick ig. Tried him in rivals as LM, first used him with wide midfielder++ but didn't quite play really well since I'm not used to it, then switched to inside forward and he scored 4 goals in the rest of the games. To use him you literally just trigger his run, then through ball and pray, if he gets the ball inside the box then it's a goal 9/10 times. If you got him from the hero pack I'd suggest you try his ++ LM role for a bit (at least 10 matches) and use him with Catalyst to get that pass boost

put a glove on him and he'll start diving more trust me

This Musiala card is outrageously good. He has it all: nice shooting, perfect dribbling and passing, decent pace and most importantly 5 star skill moves and 4 star weak foot. He's so silky in game, you can just use his left stick dribbling to get past any defence. His R1 dribbling is an insult to the opponent, I have never seen something more broken than that in this game. Got 51 goals and 10 assists in 25 games (WL + Rivals). Used him ST in a 41212(2) / 4231(2), Catalyst chem style.

I use him as playmaker++ at LCM in the 4-1-2-1-2 (2). he's class, unlucky if you didn't complete him

Musiala feels at least 5x better than her, but she's still really valid. that tells you how good musiala actually is

in the 7 games I've played I've only been matched with opponents that were basically my level (or just less than that), it's not a badly designed objective, if you still haven't completed him then you're just not good enough/still not used to the new gameplay, and that's COMPLETELY FINE! If everybody could complete the objective then it wouldn't be fair for those who actually got him by working hard (+ it is SUPPOSED TO be hard for less-than-average-skilled players since it gives out a really good player)

the game literally tells you when you first start UT, there will be a seasonal cup in the last week of the seasons in which you can only use silver teams, these icons are basically a newer version of the old silver stars

I'm in Div 6, haven't played much rivals, but you know I actually try to have fun using FUN players in this start of the game. And you haven't even tried him, he's fantastic because of that tech+, plus he plays way above his statistics. I'm telling you try him as soon as you can

the ones that take the most are eusebio and charlton AND they take 100 games, you have something like 32 days to unlock everyone, play 5 squad battles a day and you'll have them all before silver cup

if you evo him over 75 overall you won't be able to use him in the seasonal silver cup tho

I believe he does since EA released this icons just to use them in a cup in which you specifically need silver players
