I have used both by having bought prime r9 and packed puskas pim in a prime/moment pack, i have used both and can safely say that r9 is just clear, his animations are ridiculous and you can just expect just about anything offensively with r9, his wf is defo what helped me score ridiculous goals on his left even in crazy angles. Currently in elite 1900 SR and achieving rank 2-3 consistently. Hope that helped u bro, good luck.
