Nope, sorry you’re wrong. Go check Reus’ POTMs from last year. When his base 85 went to 88 his 90 and 91 POTMs went to 93 and 94 respectively. His first POTM which was an 88 was upgraded to a 91. His 86 and 87 informs were both upgraded to 89 and 90 respectively.
