Kounde is good, but you and the OP haven't used Hato so it's pure guesswork to say he's better when every stat says he's not.

You mean the guy that is worse in quite literally every state other than dribbling, has a worse playstyle+ and has no useful defensive silver playstyles. Hato has every defensive playstyle you could want, better stats and roles. There is no competition, this card is clearly better
