This card is such a fraud, he doesnt turn badly; but its almost as if he is really unlucky and by that, i mean that he is dog**** in everything he does; similar to berardi, he has fake stats, he plays like an 85 player at max. Played him at ST (couldnt shoot, almost as if he was engaged to the crossbar, because the amount of times i heard the crossbar ring after him shooting, i thought i had tinnitus), and even at LW, he is unresponsive as all hell, cannot turn past a defender and his only hope is if he can outpace them (which thankfully happened more than it didnt). Absolute joke of a card.
So underrated, he's been crucial to Arsenal's midfield this season; has the odd defensive error or two and his discipline is poor, but his attitude is phenomenal, his passing is great and his hold-up play and quick start counterattacks are good. Mikel's played him almost as a secondary no. 8, alongside Ødegaard, with Partey behind him as a single pivot. His shooting from range is fantastic and it showed with that screamer in today's game versus United. Despite the backlash, it was huge that he stayed in the summer; there is a reason why every manager keeps picking him.
