Use defenders with a + role in their position they defend better. Also don't rush their attackers just keep tracking them with jockey and then make a timed move, now it's actually skill and it's the same for everyone. You will get used to it eventually the more you play

If you know how to defend shes a great keeper, she stops most balls. Only con is that she is prone to finesse shots
