so I packed this should be monster a month ago and then recently packed base yaya. Matthaus never really cut it next to my out right cdm Danilo Pereira. but then yaya came and he is an absolute unit defensively and offensively and destroys Matthaus. I see a lot of people below saying he is underwhelming as well, but my question is how then does he hold such a high price? just curious how people pay this much for him. he isn't even my first choice off the bench. I like seko fofana totyhm better too.

bro. if that is happening you need to look at how you play. There is not 1 defender that can randomly him unless you are just sprinting into defenders without any lane at all. he just needs a little space and he is gone with no defender having a chance to muscle him off the ball like most players.

I get what you mean bc the meta is basically 100 miles an hour, force mistakes with pressure, counter attack or throughballs....but the people controlling the players aren't doing anything differently effort wise besides holding sprint button and putting press on. lol, so their effort on the sticks isn't different than yours.

that's a tough call. capdevilla is a beast but so is yaya. he is like Marchisio and plays way above his stats offensively and defensively. Cap is endgame LB though and both get full Chem unless you needed them for other players Chem that is irrelevant so not terrible choice. just be lucky you had that choice, look how terrible some other pols options were. lol

I played one Champs game and it was sick but I am elite div player so I was curious if any other players around my rank could chime in. too defensive or could it work against top teams? front 3 are payet or smolarek and then mbappe 92 and 90 jairzinho. I like the 4321 with 3 big frames and those lengthy guys can make beast runs into the box but obviously I would be lacking a 4th nimble attacker. my vision is that these 3 would shut down the midfield but fifa and reality are 2 different things. lol

a quarter into weekend league and before that just got promoted to D1 and this guy is a huge reason why. I almost wish he was on left to shut down the jairzinhos but so solid defensively as well as stepping up and winning passes from backs or mids into wingers and strikers. I am seeing a good amount of comments that match what he has done for me which is missing a lot of chances but he still creates so much and is definitely the king rat. I had his gold for a while and don't remember this kind of misses in between some really good goals. crazy that so many people are saying the same thing but others are saying he is fine. Don't get me wrong he is still excellent all around but his shooting doesn't feel right alot of times.

To me he is exactly like Rashford but with 5 wf and a lefty. I like rashford and have him off the bench due to Chem but I think pepe is just as good if not better.

This man finishes as good or better than anybody. he is a beast on the ball and great speed burst as well. I play him up top with 92 mbappe and he outshines him.many games and in my opinion feels better on the ball. his speed while dribbling and tight touches do not match what a typical player with his height and stocky body type would be.

I only used Patty V in draft a few games but judging by playing against him a lot and having Danilo Pereira I am confident that they are very similar and looking at what it cost to get Danilo Pereira in my opinion he is one of if not the biggest steal 9f the year. doubt he comes out of my team at all for the rest of the year. tried a few games without him and it is just an obvious downgrade. cheers to everyone who got him.

I benched wc mattress for him but I like the lengthy cm and cdms...have Danilo Pereira as my cdm with fofana as my cm/2nd cdm and they are monsters together. Matthus is great but again don't like his smaller frame and also his dribbling especially in bad game play even with engine can be costly he will win the ball or receive a pass only to breakdown some attacks because his touches aren't great.

My favorite cdm this year by far has been Danilo Pereira and Fofana not only looks like his twin from the fut camera angle with their tall frames and bald heads, but they play similar as well. Fofana has more attacking stats even though Danilo can blitz into the box and score as well. defensively Danilo has a bit more getting stuck in bc of his aggression but Fofana is still a huge presence and a must do in my opinion if you can get him full chem.

different folks different strokes bc he is a beast for me. currently a few games from D1 so facing meta attackers and he holds his own. I prefer lengthy wingbacks with anchor or shadow like capdevilla who is my LB or dumfries at rb or Cafu but he can get down the line still and the key is to use his strength. as long as you don't try to foot race the fastest attackers and play the angles he comes out on top almost every time.

but this is why you shouldn't comment unless you used them both because if you did you would realize there is barely if any difference. Lengthy makes the regular hero version just as pacey and both are extremely solid defensively. If you watched game after game having regular Cap and then some with WC Cap I guarantee you couldn't confidently identify them apart.

most goalkeepers are similar but there are definitely terrible keepers and then a few keepers that stand out for different things. Even though he is shorter he doesn't keep clipped by trivs or chips and different than other keepers, he is fast off his line and in close up opportunities or breakaways he does excellent. Offensively his passing and long throw is huge. No underhand throws or terrible throws that end up in 50/50s if you are pressured. His throws are line drives and can even start the attack for you bc opps don't expect it.

been using Gunter at LB who.is a monster defensively but pretty linear going forward. Guerrerio is certainly better going forward but is that sprint speed a problem vs speedy wingers ...for LB not to be changed to CM or LM. ALSO Elite Division for context of who I will be playing against. thanks!

not a chance. he will definitely rise before anything. once they raise the price range with the demand for him, his quality in game and the links you will gain some coins if you decide too and then eventually he will drop but not before a rise for sure.

UNRELATED TO PLAYER: I see a lot of google posts about this but no real answers. i have had the no loss glitch happen a few times this year to me i think but in this case i won a rivals d4 game and at the conclusion it froze on a pic of stadium with lpad bar at bottom but wouldnt let me continue. I waited but eventually it said there was an error and they would review the game. it then booted me from fut and upon reentering it gave me a snf loss. my question is if this is another cheat or is this an ea error? also if it is an ea error is there a fix or no?

If they simply patch left stick dribbling and make that single thing more like fifa 22, which is what makes the explosive players less useful now bc their speed is also inferior to lengthy then it will be a top class game all around.

it is 100% better than fifa 22 which was a skillless rats dream. 22 was essentially built for rat gameplay. 23 you have to pass and move, use player lock and manually direct runs. The version of rat this year is trying to abuse the lengthy run style and bulldoze through which can be affective unfortunately, but in all other areas if you dont have skill and the ability to make good decisions on thr ball and defebsivelt you get punished.

Pressing is still op but also you can get punished bad if the opponent is composed and keeps the ball past the front of the press. in 22 the entire game was basically full press. You are right about the stiffness and that is largely due to them butchering left stick dribbling but aside from that i think this game is excellent.

not even close to the same game. i have been saying it since the beta that this is an entirely new game with an entirely new meta. no more ai shot blocks, no more needing to make 6 passes inside the box to get a clean shot off. no more full press madness with games going 100 mph.
