If you talk about quality you're probably thinking about Al Nassr,Al Hilal,Al Ittihad etc.(teams controlled by the government)and they have some quality,so they'd probably win against the 1st and 2nd and 3rd in the MLS. But the teams that aren't controlled by the government are horrible, while the bottom teams in the MLS are still pretty competitive, so the Saudi-League has some better teams, but the MLS is better overall
