Doing this EVO changes him from Lengthy to Mostly Lengthy thats what is holding me back

I have had TS Saliba since December, can't replace him. I lost a 1 million coins but still don't want to replace him. Another option is Squad Foundations Koulibaly then EVO him with Late to the Party

Saliba without a doubt. Tried both. Araujo lacks Intercept, Bruiser and passing. Had Saliba since December 2024. He is VVD from last year and Varane from older Fifas combined.

Best Gold Rahsford Evo Path (right now) 1. Step Inside (Inside Forward ++) 2. Weak foot upgrade (4* WF) 3. Fantasy Captain (99 dribbling) 4. Just like Jamie (Rapid+) Gives him a 89 rated card that can be EVOed further. Way cheaper than his 2 market cards.

94 Zidane with Box to Box ++ and Shadow Striker ++ is cracked. Really wish the 96 Zidane had those 2 but still an INSANE CAM

94 Zidane is a better CM due to his higher defence and also roles. 96 Zidane is a better CAM. His playstyle+ and his dribbling are better.

Pirlo, Zidane and Viera/Kante. Pirlo is your passer and interceptor. He starts the play from deeper areas. Viera OR Kante is your tackler and interceptor. Protecting your backline. Zidane is your goalscorer and gets you the assist in the final third. Dont do Kante and Viera together. Thats way too defensive.

Do the Anticipate + Long ball. Save the WF he already has 4* WF (I think the max he gets is 4* in that EVO).

Solid card to be fair if you need a RW (didnt do the TOTY EVO which was 500K). 5/5, meta and amazing chemistry links. Just lacks stamina. Also, its 88 rated EVOs right now so the next rating will be 89. Should fit into a decent EVO soon enough.

Incisive+ and Long Ball Anticipate and Intercept Box-to-Box ++ This EVO makes him incredible. Already had amazing playstyles and roles but now can boss the midfield more helping both the defence and attack. I play him with 90 Viera and 94 Zidane. Amazing midfield unit.

Thats exactly it bro. I put Anticipate and Long Ball Pass on him through an EVO and he got even better

Still usable (11+ wins and Elite) and cost you nothing. I use him with 94 Zidane (CAM + Playmaker) and 90 Viera (CM + Holding) as a CM + Box to Box. Makes really good runs, has incisive passes and can intercept/tackle in the midfield. His dribbling is not the best but he is tall.

I would say NumeroFUT Griezmann or Zidane (for CAM). Anyone that can ccreate for him and play the killer passes.

Absolutely, the Anticipate+ is a joke. I have 500 games with Saliba and am not taking him out anytime soon. But play Hierro if you need the icon links and chemistry though.

442 or 424 to get Inside Forward++ on LM or LW. He plays so well with his positioning. Makes runs between the RB and CB so quickly and also sometimes between the two CBs.

Honestly, Theo overall is so good. Defensively and in the attack. Roberto Carlos is an insane attacking LB. The icon links are insane too. Choose whoever fits your team and playing style, cant go wrong with the best non-icon/hero LB and the the best icon and/or hero LB.

You aren't gonna get much more out of IF Pedri, I tried him and honestly apart from stamina with Relentless+ De Jong is better with defensive play. Pedri is a little weaker too and can get pushed off. But box to box IF Pedri will pick up a lot of good positions. Can finish maybe a little bit better than De Jong. De Jong is really good with build up play and getting the ball to wingers/strikers. Pedri can play the killer pass a little bit better and has a better weakfoot (not that noticeable).

Now he is the most complete defensive midfielder that isnt an icon. That Intercept+ is a key to shutting down passing lanes and stopping cutbacks. He lacked the passing to start attacks on his own but now with this boost he can ping passes and start attacks. As long as you dont dribble with him and just intercept/tackle + pass the ball (this used to get intercepted a lot, not anymore) off this card is cracked. Lower strength is a downside but he isnt that type of CDM.

Thats fair but maybe its because you are tackling shoulder to shoulder rather than straight on. Lower balance plays a factor in that. Varane has only +1 in strength. But I agree, VVD is an absolute unit who body checks/shoulders every attacker once he is level with them.

Both solid options. CB would be Militao and RB choice would be Kounde. It really depends on what position you need improving more bro

Militao perhaps (if you need him for links/dont want to spend coins/want him to have Anticipate & Intercept) but you can pick up a Saliba for dirt cheap. Lenglet needs the pace boost more than Kounde. Lenglet already has the Anticipate playstyle so its little bit of a waste. None of the players you said were a bad option though, if it fits your team go for it. EVO is free and definitely will improve your defender.

Incredible. Most people use the Fullback Defend instruction and he has that Role ++ (absolutely OP). Just always in the right place at the right time. Can sometimes get dusted by faster players but if you position well with the Jockey+ its an auto tackle. With the Anticipate playstyle added it helps a lot with tackles and retaining the ball and not just deflecting back to the opponent. Very good option. You can decide between van de Ven (if you need a CB) or Kounde (if you need RB).

I totally agree bro. More often than not, he feels too ahead of everyone else (caught offside/makes runs that I cant play the pass to because I have to turn and find the pass to him) because of how meta/broken/overpowered he is. So ahead of the curve per say

Most complete CM gold card in the game. Defends with class always intercepting and retaining the ball. Turns smoothly to evade pressure and has good sprint speed. Passes are pinpoint. To top it all off the trivela+ to score goals when needed.

Best starter striker in the game. Links are incredible. Playstyle+ is overpowered. Roles are immaculate. Upgrade players around him to complement his positioning, passing and finishing.

My suggestion is to play him in a 2 ST formation and to compliment hime with a striker that is completely opposite in playing style. Prime example: Griezman (<20k Gold). I have Gold Griezman playing False 9 and Mbappe Advanced Forward. Griezman drops deep to operate between the lines and the space Mbappe leaves behind and threads passes to him or my wingers. As for wingers you need 2 wingers that can keep up with him. I have Trailblazer Raphinha and Trailblazer Dembele (the golds/IFs work too). They work well in space and behind the lines. Hope it helps!
