that's the worst 95 dribbling I've ever seen. If you take the median of his dribbling stats it's actually 91, not 95.

mostly explosive is better. But neither are good, lenthy or controlled is what you want.

yeah her toty has better stats. Way more physical and defending, more and better playstyle+'s. ALSO the toty gets "mostly lengthy" because of less agility, which is better than "controlled lengthy". Only things that's better about this card is the intercept.
