Incisive+ is less important than anticipate+ on a LB, and anticipate+ is way better than base anticipate. I play him fullback++ which is the most meta option, so I don't really attack with him unless I need to. And the agility and balance boost just removes any form of lengthy completely and makes him controlled. Please stop waffling I beg, I'm elite div and get at least 13 wins when I play champs
