No, thats just his end of era card, they now give +2, they just added this feature in the beginning of the tots promo (for example end of era varane and vardy they give +2 chem), cosmatics doesn't affect the original card and it doesnt affect the chem too.

Now we have women in fut champs in rewards which is annoying and the pack weight is so bad, and we have no exchanges that we can craft many player picks to pack a good player, no good evos, they are so bad.
