Agreed, if you got a player with long ball + on his side then just put him through and after his first touch the rapid + kicks in and gets you very close to goal. Finishing is great, passing and physicality match it.

Put him in LAM, double tap R2 and you can now avoid gold vvd - great card

Honest review time: Most of the community loved the hypothetical idea of a 80pace plus thiago silva. Now that it's here...not so much. He's not going to replace your vvd - he's in a league of his own. But if you've got the fodder which means you could get this for free or at 25% of its price then it's worth a try. Okay he's not the quickest, tallest or strongest of cb's but if you keep your body in between the goal and the striker then the anticipate+ really will do the work for you. Wouldn't recommend him if you play a very high line or frequently attack with your fullbacks but pair him up with a kounde/varane/militao then you'll realise he's not too bad

Which ever fits your team tbh, son is crazy I can't lie and so is rodrygo. I'd say do rodrygo and save half that fodder for upcoming sbcs
