So my 91 rated card, with 99 dribbling, if Fermin doesn't get a yellow/red less likely since he's a sub on, he can get a 5/5* with 2 stats 99 rated and be a 92 or 93 depending if Barcelona wins LaLiga or not.

Nah, I never packed a TOTY myself is just that there's more hype and cool flashback SBCs and Objectives in TOTY than what this promo apparently will bring.

Personal Opinion, This promo doesn't seem that hyped neither has a cool concept behind it. The cards aren't that good and will be overthrown by the TOTY quite easily. TAA, Neymar and Ben Yedder are the only cards worth the effort and despite being a two week promo, EA will have to send a lot of SBCs to make this promo worth logging in.
