In my opinion I don't see a problem with women in ultimate team. It doesn't matter what would happen irl. We already have things like current players & icons playing together. Ultimate hasn't been realistic so why does everyone want that when it comes to women? Even if you don't like them, you could not use them or put them into an SNC
