It depends how you want to use him. He probably won't beat attackers to the ball, however he's really good defensively, and at shielding the ball. I've only played 5 games so far, not a lot of game time to base it off.

He got 4 goals and a red card, if the red card is the cause of him not getting one it's silly cause without the red it's a perfect game for an attacker.

Wesley Fofana got an upgrade despite missing most of the season. Tosin played well in the prem, conference league and CWC scored some great goals and was solid defensive and remains 78. Chalobah played well for both Chelsea and Crystal Palace and is the same and Fofana. They should both have been 80.
