I know in Europe servers are poor sometimes, and it's horrible, but try South America. Add undeveloped countries and by consequence, bad local connection (companies disconnect everyone once a day because of "heavy traffic"), and bad servers (they are placed in Brazil, where I live (Chiguayante, Chile), that's like Barcelona to Moscow), and you create a monster. There are almost no good games to play, and I had to play against people of LA (9000km away, London to Shanghai). I have an average level (Gold 2), but some friends can't get to Elite because of this. EA has to do something about this.
