I believe them. Problem is if you're playing the game regularly you're not coming up against 100% of the player base, maybe only about 10%. Then if you're somewhat good you're down to a few less percent even. And I'm pretty sure all of the 0.7% are in that same group. That's also how they got the card in the first place. Most casual players don't log in at 6 PM every day to check for new content, let alone complete a new SBC within 30 mins
