Here's my verdict. Being my favourite player, as soon as I got 1 mil coins I bought him into my team. He's the only tradeable card in my team and he doesn't put a foot wrong. Although, he is very expensive considering alternatives so I'd only buy him if you have some sort of attachment to him as a player and not just a fifa card. There are better options but since we're nearing the end of the game I wanted to use a player that will help me enjoy the game more and he does just that. Final take, great card, not worth 1 mil purely based on performance.

I'm putting finnese because it makes him more unpredictable. No one is expecting an outside the box finesse shot from gullit. I also find that defensively he's more than good enough and doesn't need anticipate. I put anticipate of fb sol Campbell and I think it was the right choice
