We might be a toxic community but we are not stupid: we understand how difficult is to implement proper dedicated servers in place with the adequate adjustments etc. Hence we don't expect that to happen from a day to another, BUT it would of vital importance if we could receive ANY info from EA's side. Something simple like periodic updates: "we acknowledged there is an issue with servers" - "we are planning upgrades" - "in the next few months we start upgrading" - "upgrade done" etc. That would be already mean a lot to us, to at least see where we stand and what we should hope for.
