It was a cold day in January 2001 when I had the pleasure of flying from London to watch my first ever Real Madrid game. The likes of Zidane, Raul, Figo, Roberto Carlos and Casillas all on show... however, it was this guy who was the stand out player. It was a 1-1 draw with Betis, a fairly drab affair, this guy covered every blade of grass and lit the place up when he got the ball. Unreal talent. How good do you have to be that they name a position after you? Been saving my coins for this bad boy. Look forward to welcoming into the ranks having read some of the A+++ reviews.
