here’s how it works so people don’t have to ask: if the team the player is representing wins 2 of the 5 last games of the group stage the player gets an “inform-upgrade” that means if the player is 84 or below the card gets an +2 rating. 85+ rated cards only get +1 rating. if the team the player is representing goes to the playoffs of the tournament, the card also get an inform-upgrade. this means the card can be upgraded 2 times if the team performs well, and after the group-stage there are no more upgrades available. hopefully this helps, otherwise search for “rttk tracker” or something similar and read more.
