Honestly , you shall focus the Objectives as good as you can. That's where the real luck for a better team build lurks. You need those XPs in order to gain level packs and the pack objectives to get proper fodder. Don't ignore those squad battle objectives , do even those on semi pro and you can sometimes just be afk after scoring a good lead. In the end luck plays a role, but grinding is the key to success
