I definitely prefer R9 over all the mentioned players. It's not a skill issue but rather a playing style preference. Some like Haaland, while others prefer Eusebio or Puskas.
He is still a top-tier level striker; I can guarantee that he still destroys top defenders. I have him in my Elite Division team, and I always get 14 wins in FUT Champs. However, his SBC is a lot, so if you can buy him from the market, go for it. If not, wait and spend your fodders on other options.
