With FC 25 almost upon us, it’s time to get cracking with some ratings predictions. We’ll be starting with the Premier League and deciding which players will take the Top 10 spots for the league. Be sure to let us know in the comments which team's predictions you want to see next!

10th - Bruno Fernandes - Manchester United (88)

Another mildly disappointing season from Manchester United, and just like previous years it’s been down to Bruno Fernandes to bail them out.

10 Goals and 8 Assists in the league for the Portuguese midfielder as the Red Devils finished 8th but did manage to secure the FA Cup.

No major changes for Fernandes, but maybe expect a PS+ change with 50% of his goals coming from the penalty spot…

9th - Martin Ødegaard - Arsenal (88)

2023/24 was Arsenal’s best season under Mikel Arteta, coming ever so close to winning the Premier League.

Captain Ødegaard was at the centre once again. 8 Goals and 10 Assists for the Norwegian, bringing in a very deserved +1.

8th - Bukayo Saka - Arsenal (88)

We’re not done with Arsenal just yet, in 8th place we’ve got the Starboy himself, Bukayo Saka.

A whopping 25 goal contributions in the league alone for Saka meaning we’ve opted for a +2 to an 88.

Further impressive performances in the Euros solidified this rating for us!

7th - Ruben Dias - Manchester City (89)

Ruben Dias has been in Manchester for 4 seasons and is yet to experience the feeling of losing a Premier League title race.

We expect world class performances from Ruben Dias but we need even more if he wants to hit that 90 OVR for FC 25.

6th - Virgil van Dijk - Liverpool (89)

We’ve seen more van Dijk this year than our own families and expect more of the same for FC 25.

It was a solid enough season for Virgil, followed up by a Semi-Final run at Euro 2024 so we can’t see anything but an 89 next year!

5th - Alisson - Liverpool (89)

Alisson is arguably Liverpool’s most important player and it’s no coincidence that they dropped to third place with him missing a quarter of the season.

It may not have been the best season for Liverpool after falling out of the title race towards the end of the year, but we see no reason for a downgrade.

Alisson stays at 89 for us.

4th - Mohamed Salah - Liverpool (89)

Our third and final 89 rated Liverpool player enters the Top 10, and it’s no surprise that it’s Mo Salah.

The Egyptian had another impressive season infront of goal, but just like with Ruben Dias, this is expected for these guys.

Another 30+ goal season is what’s needed for Salah to hit 90.

3rd - Rodrigo - Manchester City (90)

There is an argument for Rodri to be the highest rated player, not just in the Premier League, but in the game.

He is the best player in the world and should win the Ballon d’Or, but we’re just not sure everyone sees it.

90 would be well deserved, but don’t be surprised if he edges into the 91 category…

2nd - Kevin De Bruyne - Manchester City (91)

Kevin De Bruyne may have been injured for the first half of 23/24 but when he returned, he transformed Manchester City and helped them on their way to 4 in a row.

The Belgian returned 18 Assists and 6 Goals in just 26 matches in all competitions.

Manchester City only dropped 6 points in the matches KDB featured in this season, he is that guy.

1st - Erling Haaland - Manchester City (91)

After a 52 goal debut season, it was always going to be hard for Erling Haaland to replicate that.

He only scored a mere 38 goals in the 23/24 campaign, just about enough to keep him at a 91…

The guy needs to grow up and score some proper goals to really earn a 92. Tap in merchant.

We’re sure our list won’t be perfect and may have missed one of your favourite players out, let us know your Top 10 in the comments!
