Dudes can literally just sit around, name old fifa cards and just have the best time.

They really can, we’ve been loving your input here on some of your all time favourite cards and thought we’d bring a collection of the best ones!

The Perfect Link… 

Retro FIFA cards get everyone excited, even Borussia Dortmund’s official Twitter account.

The old Chemistry System. None of this 3 Chem, no links utter woke nonsense. If you wanted to play someone in your team, they better have links to the guys next to them. These two were the best around, no one can spell their names, but they were them. 

CSL Brazilians

Paulinho, Talisca and Teixeira, all you needed were those three and you were set, could even add Hulk into the mix depending on the year. Unfortunately none of these three still play in the CSL and neither do many of the big players anymore, but we enjoyed it while it lasted. 

Roma. 

Speaking of front threes, we can’t talk retro cards without mentioning the infamous Roma front line of Gervinho, Doumbia and Ibarbo. These three have Ultimate Team status even above legendary, every one knows these guys, who we’re pretty sure Roma only signed because they were good on FIFA. Don’t blame them, I’d do the same too. 

Ricardo Vaz Te

This is a niche one, but if you know, you know. A Silver card with 91 Shooting and this was 12 years before Evolutions were a thing. Who knows what he actually got this IF card for, but it was crazy good. Kids these days don’t even know about Silver TOTW cards, let alone the 4-3-2-1 Formation at the top of that card…

James Rodriguez

We also didn’t expect AS Monaco to be getting involved in the discussion but everyone has that one card, and for them in FIFA 14 it was James Rodriguez. He was killing it at Monaco in Ligue 1, then really made a name for himself at the 2014 World Cup.
