Women are being added to Ultimate Team for the first time ever in FC 24 and their addition will bring tons of new squad building options and players in the game. We’ve already covered our Top 100 Male players for FC 24 and here are 50 more cards we could see make a huge impact on your teams. Ratings have mainly been based on the FIFA 23 Women’s World Cup game mode as they’re up to date as of July!
50th - Leah Williamson - 84 OVR - Arsenal
Leah Williamson is one of the faces of women’s football in FC 24 and it was the Lionesses captain who actually announced their introduction. Unfortunately Leah is currently out with an ACL injury but was playing very well before that happened. She kept 6 clean sheets and only conceded 5 goals in 12 WSL matches in 22/23.
49th - Marta - 84 OVR - Orlando Pride
48th - Lieke Martens - 85 OVR - PSG
47th - Adrianna French - 85 OVR - KC Current
46th - Paulina Dudek - 85 OVR - PSG
45th - Kadeisha Buchanan - 85 OVR - Chelsea
44th - Sara Däbritz - 85 OVR - Lyon
43rd - Kailen Sheridan - 85 OVR - San Diego Wave
42nd - Rachel Daly - 85 OVR - Aston Villa
41st - Megan Rapinoe - 86 OVR - OL Reign
Megan Rapinoe is set to retire at the end of the 2023 season after a 14 year career and 10 years with OL Reign. She hasn’t just won one World Cup, but two and those came back to back. She’s managed 2 goals and 4 assists in the NWSL so far this season but it’s nothing to shout about so we’ve given her an 86 rated card.
40th - Kiera Walsh - 86 OVR - Barcelona
39th - Fran Kirby - 86 OVR - Chelsea
38th - Becky Sauerbrunn - 86 OVR - Portland Thorns
37th - Lea Schuller - 86 OVR - Bayern Munich
36th - Sakina Karchaoui - 86 OVR - PSG
We look to have been spoilt for choice with French left backs in FC 24 and Sakina Karchaoui is just one example. Karchaoui kept 12 clean sheets in 17 Feminine Division 1 matches for PSG last year and we’re expecting to see a really good base card for the French international. 90+ pace, high 80s for dribbling and solid defending could be one that’s seen in quite a few teams next year.
35th - Jill Roord - 86 OVR - Manchester City
34th - Svenja Huth - 86 OVR - Wolfsburg
33rd - Selma Bacha - 86 OVR - Lyon
32nd - Lindsey Horan - 86 OVR - Lyon
31st - Amandine Henry - 86 OVR - Angel City
30th - Mary Earps - 86 OVR - Manchester United
Mary Earps is arguably the best goalkeeper in the world at the moment which is why we’ve given her a +2 from her Kick Off rating of 84. Earps currently holds the award for Best FIFA Women’s Goalkeeper alongside her WSL Golden Glove from the 22/23 season. In 22 WSL matches the Manchester United goalkeeper only conceded 11 goals and kept 14 clean sheets!
29th - Ewa Pajor - 87 OVR - Wolfsburg
28th - Vivianne Miedema - 87 OVR - Arsenal
Just 2 years ago Vivianne Miedema topped the rankings with a 92 rated but we’ve predicted her to an 87, a -5 from FIFA 22. Unfortunately Viv’s season ended prematurely as she tore her ACL in December. Despite the downgrade we still think it’ll be a very fun card to use and will be the Netherlands highest rated attacker in FC 24.
27th - Mallory Swanson - 87 OVR - Chicago Red Stars
26th - Rose Lavelle - 87 OVR - OL Reign
25th - Millie Bright - 87 OVR - Chelsea
24th - Lena Magull - 87 OVR - Bayern Munich
23rd - Ashley Lawrence - 87 OVR - Chelsea
22nd - Grace Geyoro - 87 OVR - PSG
21st - Kim Little - 87 OVR - Arsenal
20th - Alexandra Popp - 87 OVR - Wolfsburg
19th - Fridolina Rolfo - 87 OVR - Barcelona
18th - Sophia Smith - 87 OVR - Portland Thorns
USWNT crashed out of the World Cup earlier than expected and that was partially down to Sophia Smith. She missed a decisive penalty in the shootout which kept Sweden’s hopes alive. We can’t let one moment define her rating however and have given her an 87 rating for FC 24. We also think based on her FIFA 23 stats that she’s going to be one of the quickest players in the game with either 95 or 96 base pace.
17th - Lena Obedorf - 88 OVR - Wolfsburg
16th - Christiane Endler - 88 OVR - Lyon
15th - Debinha - 88 OVR - KC Current
Debinha looks to be one of the most overpowered players in FC 24 if she’s even remotely close to our prediction. We think she’ll have high 80s for pace and at least 90 dribbling to combine with 5* skills and 5* weak foot. The link up between her, Vini and Neymar could be one to destroy defences next year.
14th - Atiana Bonmati - 88 OVR - Barcelona
13th - Kadidiatou Diani - 88 OVR - Lyon
12th - Guro Retien - 88 OVR - Chelsea
11th - Irene Paredes - 88 OVR - Barcelona
10th - Lauren Hemp - 88 OVR - Manchester City
Lauren Hemp has won the PFA Young Player of the Year a whopping 4 times so it’s no surprise she’s turned into a star. She bagged 11 goals and 10 assists across the 22/23 season and earns a very deserving spot in our top 10. The season wasn’t too successful for Manchester City but that doesn’t take away from Hemps rating as she still had a fantastic season.
9th - Beth Mead - 88 OVR - Arsenal
8th - Marie Katoto - 89 OVR - PSG
7th - Lucy Bronze - 89 OVR - Barcelona
6th - Ada Hegerberg - 90 OVR - Lyon
5th - Wendie Renard - 90 OVR - Lyon
4th - Caroline Hansen - 90 OVR - Barcelona
3rd - Alex Morgan - 90 OVR - San Diego Wave
2nd - Sam Kerr - 91 OVR - Chelsea
1st - Alexia Putellas - 91 OVR - Barcelona
There was never any doubt who was going to take top spot for us. Alexia Putellas has won back to back Ballon D’ors and led Barcelona to a league and Champions League double in the 2022/23 season. Her and Sam Kerr may both be 91 rated but if we have to pick someone to take 1st place then it’s 100% Alexia.
