Saudi Pro League EA Sports FC 24 Rating Predictions

ByFUTBIN
22-Aug-23 15:56

The Saudi Pro League has been attracting some of the world's best stars over the past few years and it only looks to be growing more by the day. With the talent already in the league, this could be a great option for FC 24! Here are who we think will make the Top 15 Saudi Pro League Ratings.

#15 - Roberto Firmino - 82 OVR Al Ahli

FIFA 23 Rating - 83

After 8 incredible years with Liverpool the club decided to move Firmino on following the expiry of his contract.

He headed to Saudi Arabia to link up with and create arguably the most skillful front three in the world.

Al Ahli’s attack now consists of Firmino, Saint Maximin and Riyad Mahrez! 15* Skill Moves between the three.

#14 - Franck Kessie - 83 OVR - Al Ahli

FIFA 23 Rating - 84

Kessie made the switch from Barcelona over the summer and after a relatively poor season,we think he’s due for a downgrade.

The Ivorian did feature in 28 of Barcelona’s 38 league games but only played small parts, an average of 35 minutes per game. His total minutes played amounted to less than 11 full matches.

He’s been far from his top level performances at AC Milan so we’ve given him a -1 downgrade.

#13 - Ruben Neves - 83 OVR

FIFA 23 Rating - 83

We’ve got Neves, Ruben Neves… Well unfortunately for Wolves fans, they don’t have Ruben Neves anymore.

The former Porto man is a legend at Molineux but was tempted away with a move to Saudi Arabia.

After 6 years in England he moves on to link up with Neymar, quite the upgrade from Daniel Podence on the left wing.

#12 - Anderson Talisca - 83 OVR - Al Nassr

FIFA 23 Rating - 82

If you’d have told Anderson Talisca a year ago that he’d be playing with Ronaldo and potentially against Mbappe then he’d have laughed in your face.

The Brazilian has been in the Saudi League since 2021 and has been Al Nassr’s star player.

Last season he scored 20 goals in 23 games which is more than deserving of a +1 upgrade for EA FC.

#11 - Edouard Mendy - 84 OVR - Al Ahli

FIFA 23 Rating – 86

We may have been too kind to Mendy as we’ve only dropped his rating by 2 despite having  a very poor season.

In fairness he did spend a good portion of the year out through injury, but really struggled to make it back into the squad and displace Kepa.

One clean sheet all season is abysmal for a top level goalkeeper, let’s hope he can find form again in Saudi Arabia.

#10 - Kalidou Koulibaly - 84 OVR - Al Hilal

FIFA 23 Rating - 87

After taking John Terry’s iconic number 26, Chelsea had high hopes when Koulibaly signed but he’s been nothing short of disappointing.

He made 23 PL appearances in a season where Chelsea finished 12th with an embarrassing 44 points.

I’m sure we’re all big fans of his FUTTIES card, but he’s going to be nowhere near that ability in FC 24 unfortunately.

#9 - Marcelo Brozovic - 85 OVR - Al Nassr

FIFA 23 Rating - 86

Brozovic will be heading to Saudi Arabia to join up with Anderson Talisca and Cristiano Ronaldo at Al Nassr.

Inter Milan reached the Champions League Final but just fell short when it mattered.

He missed big spells of the season through injury and didn’t have the best of seasons so we’ve downgraded him by 2.

#8 - Sergej Milinkovic-Savic - 85 OVR - Al Hilal

FIFA 23 Rating - 86

Unfortunately everyone's favourite 6ft8 goalkeeper will not be getting an 85 rated CM card in EA Sports FC but it’s his brother Sergej

The Serbian has been killing it at Lazio consistently for years but we have chosen to downgrade for next season.

The only reason being, we don’t think he’s quite on the same level as the midfielders we’ve got at 86 rated.

#7 - Fabinho - 86 OVR - Al Ittihad

FIFA 23 Rating - 87

We think a downgrade is definitely in order for Fabinho and will be the case for most Liverpool players after an embarrassing season for them.

They not only slipped away from challenging for the title, but also out of the Champions League places.

He left Merseyside to create a midfield partnership with our 5th place, which would have dominated the world just a few years ago.

#6 - N’Golo Kante - 86 OVR - Al Ittihad

FIFA 23 Rating - 89

It may seem quite harsh that we’ve dropped Kante by 3 heading into next year but the harsh truth is that it’s deserved.

We know how good the Frenchman can be when fit, but that’s the problem. He’s just not been fit.

9 matches is all he could manage this season as he left Chelsea to head to Saudi Arabia.

#5 Riyad Mahrez - 86 OVR - Al Ahli

FIFA 23 Rating - 86

Riyad Mahrez leaves Manchester City after 5 unforgettable years with The Blues.

The Algerian won everything there was to win in Manchester including the coveted Champions League to complete the treble last season.

Mahrez came in clutch with 15 goals and 13 assists in all competitions which included a hat-trick in the FA Cup semi final.

#4 - Cristiano Ronaldo - 87 OVR - Al Nassr

FIFA 23 Rating - 90

The 5 time Ballon D’or winner misses out on our top 3 and we think he’s lucky to land himself in the top.

The first half of Ronaldo’s 22/23 was abysmal, scoring just one goal for Manchester United before leaving for Saudi Arabia.

16 goals across an entire season isn’t worthy of more than an 87 in our opinion and a -3 downgrade is what we expect for Cristiano for 24.

#3 - Sadio Mane - 88 OVR - Al Nassr

FIFA 23 Rating - 89

Sadio Mane, he’s the best football player in the world. Well maybe at one point but certainly not last season.

The former Liverpool man only lasted one season in Munich with a move to Talisca’s Al Nassr confirmed earlier this month.

He had an average season with Bayern but nothing to shout about and certainly didn’t fill the Lewandowski sized gap up top.

#2 - Neymar Jr - 89 OVR - Al Hilal

FIFA 23 Rating - 89

I don’t think anyone could have imaged a front line of Neymar, Malcolm and Alexandar Mitrovic for any team ahead of the 23/24 season but that’s who will be scoring the goals for Al Hilal next season.

Neymar left PSG after 6 years to join Al Hilal in a deal worth up to €90m.

He scored 18 and assisted another 17 across all competitions as PSG won yet another Ligue 1 title.

#1 - Karim Benzema - 90 OVR - Al Ittihad

FIFA 23 Rating - 91

Karim Benzema might be the current Ballon D’or holder but that won’t stop us from downgrading him for FC 24.

He scored just 19 league goals last season and Real Madrid only ended the season with Super Cups and the Copa Del Rey.

His downgrade only takes him to a 90 which still makes him the highest rated player in the Saudi League for FC 24!
