Who Should I Evolve In EA FC 24?

Evolutions are the newest addition to Ultimate Team and have gone down very well since their launch, but there are still so many questions surrounding the feature with the main one being “Who should I evolve?” If you need to get yourself familiar with Evolutions, check out our Evolutions Guide here and then come back to decide which players you’ll be evolving!

There are two main routes of Evolutions that people have been taking - Meta vs Fun. The community have been split between either evolving cards that fit their team and can boost them up the divisions, or taking fun cards and players from their own club to make them more usable. We’re going to be talking about the former, which players can you evolve to really make the most of the boost and take your team to the next level.

Welcome to Evolutions 

Welcome to Evolutions only gives out a +1 in a few stats but it’s still quite useful to make those early meta cards even better in game. You can use this Evo to sneak gold cards into Golden Glow Up Part 2, but we’ll get onto combining Evolutions in the coming days!

Here are the best players we’d recommend throwing into Welcome to Evolutions! A small boost, but one which can make these cards that little bit better;

• Juan Cuadrado
• Renato Sanches
• Lucas Robertone
• Nicolas De la Cruz

Pacey Protector

The Pacey Protector Evolution might be one of the most overpowered we’ll see all year, it gives certain CB’s a +5 in physical and a whopping +15 in pace! 65 is the pace cap on base cards but this still means we can evolve players up to 80 pace and make them super overpowered!

We’ve picked out 5 of the players we’d choose to evolve from Pacey Protector, some of these cards make us wish we could use an Evo more than once;

• Leonardo Balerdi

Founders Evolution

If you choose correctly for the Founders Evolutions then you could be looking at a card that stays in your team for a good few months! +3’s across the board in attacking stats alongside an increase in weak foot will make some of these already fantastic gold cards even more powerful.

Here are the 5 we’ve picked out for you to Evolve, and we’re sure you’ve already faced at least one of these by now. If you can’t beat them, join them;

Golden Glow Up (Part 1 and 2)

Golden Glow Up has provided us with so many cool and unique opportunities to upgrade cards we’d have never used before and as expected, there are some insane cards that you can Evolve from a bronze all the way up to an 84 rated!

Some of these cards are near Gullit Gang and for the price of just a few games, these are more than worth completing;

• Ayman Kari

Relentless Winger

Unfortunately not everything in life (or EA FC) can be free, the Relentless Winger Evolution comes at a cost of either 50,000 coins or 1,000 FIFA Points. That being said, the evolution does increase some cards all the way up to an 85 so we can understand their being a cost attached.

As with the Founders Evolution, we’re sure you’ve already seen some of these Evo’s in game and for good reason. They’re absolutely crazy;
