DeanTeam of the Tournament is here and WHO IS PICKING THESE PLAYERS!?, I won't be complaining on the off chance I manage to pack that Mbappe but how has he got into the TOTT for his performances in the Euros? Anyway...
Vitinha is today's SBC and of course we had to complete, the card looks great and I quite enjoyed his TOTS.
Speaking of his Team of the Season this new version comes with mainly +1 upgrades so they're quite minimal, he does however have new Playstyles with Intercept+ and First Touch+.

I was unsure what team to use so I pretty much went into squad builder and just allowed it to auto complete so this was the side that Vitinha ended up in.

Overall it's costing just over 500,000 so he is over double the cost of his Team of the Season...
How did he perform in game?
+ Vitinha's passing was elite, a master distributor, capable of well-weighted through balls and with that 5* weak foot he could do it off either foot with ease.
+ It's the end game so you can expect alot to be 'elite' and his dribbling was that leve too, he was fantastic on the ball and controlled it so well, First Touch+ really helped out in tricky situations too.
+ Pace felt great for a midfielder both when going forward with the ball and when tracking back too.
+ Interceptions, again an area where a playstyle makes a huge difference.
- Positioning, I'm maybe been harsh here but at this stage with nearly every item being so highly rated you really have to pick on them for negatives, and positionally for me Vitinha sat back alot and I had to force him into play, If you want a defensive midfielder that obviously a good thing, but in the role I used him I wanted him to get forward abit more and I expected that given the H/H work rates.
Overall though an excellent CM option.
97 TOTT Vintinha - Cop or Flop?
Gotta be honest here, you're paying for the playstyles, It's a great card, very usable and will get into alot of people's teams but again the difference between this item and the TOTS is mainly the playstyles so it depends how much you value them.
I know the SBC has proven to be very popular given the upvotes but I find it hard to say that the SBC is 'great value' when the previous card is 1/3rd of the price. Given FUTTIES is here I'd actually recommend saving your fodder as we're going to get so many items like this over the next few weeks.
I know it'll be unpopular but given the value for money...for me...Flop.
