"He looks like a footballer"

Owen was probably the most clinical striker that I have ever played with, he has the ability to score from almost anywhere at any time of the game. His shooting was simply brilliant, he could finish anything: first time shot from the edge of the box? BOOM! Top Corner. A simple tap in? Scores every single time. Space outside/inside the box? Pull the trigger and watch the net bulge. 50/50 airball? You'll be suprised.

However, Owen has some serious flaws which have brought me to the point where I'm going to take the 30K profit and run, he just wasn't right.

In game he is frustratingly weak and will be pushed off the ball by virtually anyone with more than 70 strength. His dribbling is awful, no matter how you dribble he just seems to get tackled. These may sound like two small flaws, but for me no matter what he does or how many goals he scores I cannot handle them. It's just too frustrating.

Overall he is a fantastic player for anyone who can afford him. He was good for me but I'd imagine for the right player. He would be unstoppable.

The Clinical Finisher

I was skeptical of Owen when I first bought him. I had been looking at different Icons all day and an 88 Owen came up for a fairly cheap price so I had to buy him. The first thing is I can say is he's a poacher. For instance, there were a few times when I would take a shot with De Bruyne or one of my wings and the keeper would parry and Owen would be right there to tap it in.
