IF Lecomte review

IF Lecomte is a okay keeper. For value for coins, he is awful. At the current time he is 27K and not worth it at all. At only 6'1, he struggles with catching corners and can be lobbed easily. IF Lecomte struggles with finesse, near post and long shots. You can pay an extra 23K and get Hugo Lloris who is a much better keeper and worth the extra coins. Another French keeper that is good is Ruffier, cheaper than Lloris and IF Lecomte, he is very good value for money. If you are building a Ligue 1 or French team then I would heavily advise not to buy IF Lecomte and instead pay the extra coins for Lloris or go cheaper yet better and buy Ruffier. IF Lecomte has very good stats on his card buy unfortunately, he does not perform well in game.

IF Lecomte has good distribution, his throwing and kicking is good.

He has the traditional save technique.

He cannot save finesse shots, whether they be long shots or close shots, he cannot save them.

He always seems to be beaten by near post shots.

At only 6'1 he gets lobbed easily and cannot catch corners.

Surprising Good

I packed this card during the Lunar New Year promotion and given that I had a french team I decided to give him a go, and try him instead of Lloris. Wow this card was a surprise shocker as the saves that he made were very good, and he has the save with feet trait making him very similar to De Gea and very good in 1 on 1's.

Best Ligue 1 goalkeeper

He is a very good goalkeeper. You can buy him for only 25k. He is one of my favorite goalkeepers in the game. He saved the matches many times for me. Another plus is that Ligue 1 is a very cheap league and you can do a team rated 92 for only 200k.
