Pace isn't bad

Marcelo has always been one of the best left backs in the world and the same goes for fifa. He is an 87 rated LB in fifa making him quite a good option.

At first i was hesitant about using marcelo. i couldnt use players like alaba or Sandro because i packed an Untradeable Sergio Ramos and he needs a strong link.

I first used Alba for a good strong link to Ramos but i found him bad at tracking back and very weak struggling to stop oposition attackers.

So i turned to Marcelo and he took a while to warm up but i like i style of play now and I am very happy with him at LB.

PACE

I know 79 doesnt look great but i play him with a Shadow and he has decent pace running up and down the wing. The 92 Acceleration is quite good.

SHOOTING

Pretty good actually. Good shot power and decent positioning. He positions himself well for attacks from the right hand side and can find himself a goal in space sometimes.

PASSING

A great part about Marcelo's game is his passing. The Crossing is very nice. If you have big tall ST's who can head the ball in Marcelo will whip many crosses onto the ST's heads. He can play a handy through ball to wingers and ST's as well.

DRIBBLING

Probably the best part about Marcelo's game is his dribbling and skill. 4 star skills means he can out class many opposition defenders coming his way. 88 Ball control on him is exceptional. His agility is a bit low though.

DEFENDING

I find Marcelo tracks back very well and he makes good standing and sliding tackles. He has some of the best defensive stats for any fullback on the game and that is a good defensive advantage for your team.

PHYSICAL

Even though he is 5'8 i think he wins alot of headers for me. Probably because of his 84 Aggression. he has decent strength enough to stop wingers and ST's from breaking through and his agression at 84 makes him work hard to stop attackers.

TBH not everyones cup of tea but i really enjoy Marcelo. He's not the best fullback ever and hes not a game changer but he is very realiable if he fits your team and he is definitely worth the price.

Marcelo the perfect CM

I start him at LB with 10 chem and then move him upfield and honestly it's the best CM I have ever used in this game the combination of pace, strength, aggresion and overall defending stats makes him perfect, if he is out of position his pace let's him recover and with the stamina he has he can run all game long, in 30 games 15 goals and 7 assists, all WL games, he is the definition of game changer

The only LB you need

When I bought Marcelo I was really hyped because he is IMO the best LB in Real Life.And huuuuuuh that guy is AMAZING! He wins every freakin' duel, in the air or at the pitch. His pace feels like 90+ and his crosses are impressive. Also, he has got 4/4 Stars plus Flair. When you try to defend with him he automatically pushs and pulls...Truly, he is with 35k at an amazing price. Try him and LOVE...

Marcelo is the best left back in the game. people like to use Danny Rose david alaba and jordi alba but trust me try marcelo for a weekend league and he will not let you down.he can fit into a la liga side prem side ligue 1 side he is super good if you need a good left back he is also so versatile.
