Messi: The Best Player in FIFA 18

Messi is absolutely amazing. I play him at central Cam behind Del P with Griez and Neymar at left and right cam. He is not only quick and great at dribbling (sprinting stops/turns, left stick dribbling, and first touchs) but he's also the best finisher I've used in this game. He scores basically every finesse shot you take. Half the time, I'm not even that open and have players blocking the shot but it'll just curve around them into the top corner. His driven shots are perfect too. I don't think I've actually missed a chance that I thought he should've scored. He also passes brilliantly and hardly loses the ball. He also fights for the ball a lot and often gets it back just because he can't fall over with his balance and has high reactions to get to loose ball.

Basically, he plays like he does in real life. He's always involved and even when he doesn't seem to be involved, he will pop up with a goal or an assist.

In 30 games in Div 1 and Wk League, he has 35 goals and assists. 29

Stamina. He will generally tire by the 90th min. If you really on counters late in the game, best to sub him off, but I never sub him even in extra time as I always play him with 100 fitness. Also, I prefer to have him around as he can still get past players then and put away any chance.

He is truly a magician. Although he didn't suit my style of play but every touch he had while I used him was magical! With him, you gotta be patient, smart and wait for the moment! His long shots are sure goals most of the time. His free-kicks are fantastic.
